One Love,

From my first trip down, to my last meaningful walk in the greatest city ever, it has left a mark on me like no other.

I will never forget my first day in Toronto, it was an amazing day that spanned twelve hours and took me all over the city and triggered something inside of me, that to this day has never left myself or soul.  It is without a doubt, I fell in love with this great city for more reasons than I truly knew.  Toronto gives back to me all I put into it, it yields culture and diversity that is unparalleled throughout!  It opens eyes and warms hearts, it is what every city be should be, but remains what every city is not.  Toronto ignites in me passion, it makes me smile, it overwhelms me and now that I have parted ways to follow my light for the time being, it offers me many memories coupled with an attraction that pulls me in, wanting more.

The dinners, the people, the shopping, the theatrics, the ball games, the human spirit, the skating and the nights of just walking and viewing the plethora of all that exists before me was enough to satisfy any needy soul.  My dear light on the subway being caught in motion as it accelerated forward by the nicest Asian grandmother I have ever met as my light receiving a kind gift upon exiting the train of a fresh apple and banana from the market from the kind soul.  I will never forget her face, when she stood outside on the train and waived bye to the kind family that treated her so well for that minimal moment that has lasted forever.  This was an amazing experience that is coupled with all memories of a city that is and remains a true treasure to all that enters its arms to stay for a moment or stay forever.  It allowed me to capture it, document it through my lens and through my eyes.  It yielded purpose and it yielded all that makes it succeed in this world on the greatest lists of places to reside.

Toronto is exactly what Toronto is supposed to be, it remains the soul that makes the people within it and it is what I call a place of freedom and a place of opportunity.  Until I return, I will forever miss all it stands for and long to return again, even if for a brief moment to capture it all over again.

Thank you Toronto and thank you to all the great people within it for leaving a mark on myself and my light the way you have and the way you will.  It is forever remembered and never forgotten!

Cheers & Love.

40 and counting.

Turning 40 was a big deal this past year but I remain to feel connected in almost every area, emotionally, physically and spiritually; I am grateful.

Although society remains in demise I still believe in humanity with the need of love to all cultures, colours, religions, as we must all breathe humanity as we all share one commonality and that is we are all human; in turn we should feel human and treat life as a gift and not an optional choice with love and kindness transferred to one another with every breath, step walked and travelled. There is only one community in this world, it is the community of humanity.

I feel thankful as my Father past away far too young, younger than I. I feel as if I have a whole life ahead of me; I feel vibrant and young these days whilst disposing of negativity in my life. I only absorb love, so I can only exhaust love within my seconds, minutes and hours of my days I have left here in this thing we call life.

Live life visualizing and seeing only humanity; do not see colour, religion, ignorance and focus on love with supreme gratitude for all that surrounds you and compiles what we need for peace, unity and life on earth.

Cheers & Love.
